San Juan

Casa Blanco is a beautifully situated minimalistic house, set among the pines on the cliffs between San Juan and Portinatx, on the old road to portinatx from San Juan ( km25  from Ibiza ) The village is just minutes drive, with a good international supermarket, various Spanish bars and restaurants with terraces, and the famous restaurant drive with Aura, Cicale, Bambuddah, Monkey Bar and Ocho leads down from San Juan to Ibiza Town.  Nearest Beach is Playa Benirass, Cala San Vincente, Cala Portinatx, Cala den Serra.

With an easy camino access. it has an electric gate across the drive with remote control access. Parking for 10 cars.

Very much a place of tranquility campo style surrounded by pine forest with
the most fantastic view of the sea and facing the sunset.

third bedroom ( two beds which could be separated ) with shower room

this part of the house can be separated from main house  
the two doors which connect it can be locked if required/ it has its own entrance

swimming pool has a Clearwater system of purification ( not chlorine based )
there is a covered pool structure for shade

all the furniture has been shipped from the UK / B&B Italia, Arteluce, Flos, Capellini,  
four poster iroko beds for 2 main bedroom which create very good mosquito frames,  
all other beds have mosquito nets

house keeping ( twice week clean ) and electricity/ water included
