Description and Distribution

This traditional finca in the hills overlooking Sant Miquel has in recent years been fully renovated, modernized and extended with a [salt water] pool area of 500m2. Sea view, splendid sunsets. Located on a property of 85.000m2, with endless ancient walled rural terraces going up through the forest all the way to the top, from where stunning panoramic views.

The finca is very private and quiet, nevertheless on walking distance from the village with 2 supermarkets, a few shops, a post office, several bank offices, a taxi stand and a regular bus connection to Ibiza. Centrally located: Ibiza or St Eulalia are both 20 min and the airport is 25 min by car. Famous Playa Benirras as well as trendy restaurants and loungeclubs in Santa Gertrudis and along the road to Sant Joan are just 10 min away by car.

Living space in the house 500m2. It sleeps 10-15. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (plus 5th at pool), 2 salons, satellite TV room with double lounge bed, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, numerous inside and outside dining areas, several covered terraces, separate laundry house, all surrounded by beautiful gardens and well-kept lawns. The finca gets constant water supply from it’s own well in the forest.     Pool area of 500m2 with traditional pavilion, outside kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Cascade with overflow to baby pool, infinity pool and Jacuzzi. Salt-water system. Main pool with coloured LED light. Sufficient pool towels, sun beds and shaded seats. Sea view. Sunshine from 11 AM on. Fabulous sunsets and full moons. The ultimate Ibiza experience.

Distribution of Bedrooms 

Finca Master bedroom with underfloor heating, king size (2mx2m) double bed (optional PLUS 1 single) en-suite walk-in closet and bathroom with under floor heating, toilet and double rain shower connected to backyard.                   

Finca Kids room with up to 3 kids beds OR 2 single beds, direct entrance to shared master bathroom.                       

Finca Guest room with (XL 210cm) double bed, living area in connected salon, use of central bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, shower and large bath.              

Finca Corales, studio with underfloor heating, double bed en-suite breakfast-kitchen, bathroom with heater, shower and toilet.                                                    

Casita with double bed (PLUS up to 2 single beds) en-suite salon, little breakfast corner and bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. Large veranda with breakfast table and lounge pavilion.

Comfortable double lounge bed in Sala, use of central bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, shower and large bath.

Surely the finca is a family house. Gardens and pool areas are child friendly and wheelchair accessible. Kitchens, dining areas and pool terraces are equipped for 12-18 persons. There are 5 generous double bedrooms plus 1 romantic double lounge bed in the Sala, and there are 4 (heated) bathrooms plus 1 at the Pool Pavilion. All rooms have glass doors onto a private terrace.         In summertime all beds have a mosquito net plus a fan in the room. In wintertime firewood, terrace heaters, blankets, duvets and additional heaters are available. The kitchen and the Sala (tv room) have underfloor heating as well.

Groups up to 10 : Maximum comfort for any given group up to 10 guests. The finca sleeps 5 couples comfortably in 5 generous double bedrooms, as well as it sleeps a group of up to 10 singles all in separate beds.

Groups up to 15 : The finca sleeps 4 couples in 4 double bedrooms, 1 couple plus 2 kids/singles in family room Casita AND up to 3 kids (=15 pax) OR 2 singles (=14 pax) in Kids room.

Larger groups up to 32 : Only for special celebrations like weddings and events like reunions or retreats, larger groups can be accommodated in 3 neighbouring villas that sleep 6 each. On walking distance, the pool area functions as central meeting location. Early booking necessary.
